Job Description We are a quickly growing, multi-unit full-service SF-based restaurant group seeking a dynamic, gracious Director of Operations with ninja hospitality skills in their DNA. This person must have a true passion for food and beverage, an appreciation for sustainable food practices, and an ongoing curiosity about the restaurant world and a love of traveling to experience it. We are looking for someone who can set future precedents based on proven past experience. The ability to manage, inspire, and train FOH and BOH teams to take ownership of their own locations is key.
