Job Description EARNINGS POTENTIAL: $100,000 - $250,000+ ANNUALLY FULL OR PART TIME As one of our Business Developers, you will be part of an elite team of Marketing Representatives to duplicate the success in this region that we have achieved in other parts of the country. We are looking for leaders with aspirations for growth. You and your team will be responsible for developing, implementing, and successfully managing the marketing and sales strategies to expand the reach of our Real Estate Investor Business. You will work closely with our National Director and senior team members to achieve yearly goals and objectives. You will also learn and develop skills as an educated real estate investor. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies, in collaboration with experienced team members, to maximize marketing effectiveness and company expansion. Develop marketing plan for building and advising your own organization of independent marketing affiliates. Become skilled at CRM management, sales process, account development, prospecting, and lead generation. Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships. Engage in our investor education process while marketing, to become an investor, skilled in all aspects of real estate investing. BENEFITS: Commissions between $1000 and $10,000 per transaction - paid twice weekly. Great opportunity for success in a real estate investment career.
