The Fox's Den American Gastropub Pub is a food driven gastropub in the heart of Historic Annapolis. The Fox's Den staff prides itself on using the freshest ingredients at the peak of their season to create unique interruptions of traditional American comfort food. Along with our seasonal menu, The Fox's Den features Neapolitan style brick oven pizza using a mother dough that is nearly 200 years old. The Fox's Den is currently seeking an Executive Sous Chef to help lead our culinary team. This position would provide the freedoms to help with menu development, and recipe development along with controlling daily operations. The Executive Sous Chef would report directly to the Executive Chef and Operating Partners. Qualified Candidates must have at least 2 years of kitchen management experience, forward culinary ideas, be up to date on current culinary trends, and able to provide on the job training to help build our current culinary team.
