Looking to hire Lead Carpenters/Carpenters/Installers for a permanent position with a contractor that focuses on interior installations of moveable walls, access floors, as well as doors and frames for government and commercial facilities. Carpenters will be responsible for using tools to install and assemble moveable walls, doors, and office furniture with in Federal facilities, while Lead Carpenters will be expected to direct crews of about 4 through projects. Job sites are typically throughout the DMV but some out of town (typically PA) work may be required. Per diem paid for any out of town projects. Candidates aren't required to have experience with moveable walls, commercial drywall and carpentry experience will be accepted. Necessities for Interested Candidates:-Candidates must be willing to submit to drug and background screening-Eligible for US Security Clearance since most sites are government facilities -5+ years of commercial drywall, finish carpentry, furniture installation or modular furniture experience.
