The team works in a SAFe Agile environment with the customer and other organizations in the Program.The candidate will perform technical planning, test driven software development, software integration, verification and validation.The candidate will perform software development in C#, and PowerShell; knowledge of JAVA and VBA is a plus.The candidate will be responsible for developing and updating scripts (PowerShell, MS-Batch, etc) on the customer network that perform a variety of functions.The candidate will interface with product owners, project leads and other software developers; work within the agile team to create/track user stories implementing software features, fixes and enhancements.The candidate will evaluate the existing software baseline for updates and modifications and determine appropriate new solutions; support projects through debugging, diagnosing, and evaluating software challenges, determining a solution, and estimating time to resolve.The candidate will analyze user needs, software and hardware requirements for feasibility of design within time and cost constraints; estimate cost and schedule, including impacts, based on customer and internal requirements (existing software and new development work); discuss technical solutions with other developers; offer and develop recommendations based on customer requirements.The candidate will offer architecture and engineering recommendations on technical issues; plan, change and implement processes and procedures to allow smooth development and deployment of solutions to customers; keep up-to-date with latest software trends and upcoming development methods. Required Qualifications:Ability to obtain TS/SCI w/Poly ClearanceBachelor's degree in CS / Math / Science / Engineering / related technical field11+ years of experience in related field working experience with OOA/OOD development in C#Experience with building databases; Entity Framework; experience with SQL, SQL Server 2008+Working experience with .NET 4.5Working experience with Visual Studio 2012+Working experience with web development HTML, DHTML, JSON, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, REST APIStrong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skillsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsAble to work with multiple government customer stakeholders while meeting strict timelinesAbility to work independently and within a team environment Desired Qualifications:Active TS/SCI ClearanceWorking experience with scripting languages (ie PowerShell, MS-Batch)Working knowledge of MVC, Web Forms, WPF and MVVM Working with Team Foundation ServerDemonstrated working knowledge of the NGA organization and programs and ASP vs. ISP knowledge.
