This new hire will work on the North America Talent Acquisition Team, located at 215 Schilling Circle in Hunt Valley, MD and will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition. POSITION OVERVIEW The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for attracting and hiring across multiple functions and business units. This will involve consulting with hiring managers to establish a sourcing strategy to attract, assess and deliver high profile talent. The role will manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level through senior-level positions, setting the talent acquisition strategy for end-to-end results. The TAP will build a proactive talent sourcing strategy and pipeline as well as continued development and promotion of the McCormick & Co., Inc. employment brand. This role will also develop and implement innovative and cost effective recruiting strategies for positions. The TAP will work with other members of the Talent Acquisition Team on companywide recruitment projects and initiatives and with executive search firms or other placement agencies to develop and maintain a highly-qualified candidate pool. RESPONSIBILITIES Successfully manage full cycle hiring needs for various business units including exempt, non-exempt and early career Proactively provide consultative recruiting services to include networking and establishing effective working relationships with internal and external customers, pursuing conscious cost-containment efforts, continually seeking new sourcing options, and developing creative approaches to delivering candidates to hiring teams. Provide hiring managers and Human Relations with market intelligence, suggestions for candidate interview assessment, and strong offer management support Develop and execute diversity hiring plans Develop and maintain strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Corporate Compensation, Shared Services, and Business Leaders Manage recruiting related projects as needed ie employment branding, candidate experience enhancements, talent acquisition training, etc. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree Minimum 6 years of full cycle recruitment experience in a high-volume environment supporting mid to senior level positions Minimum 5 years' experience building sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions Minimum 5 years' proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Success Factors, Taleo, or similar software Proficiency with Linkedin Recruiter Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills Ability to approach problems flexibly and demonstrate creativity in solving them Proven track record of driving process improvements and an insatiable desire to provide outstanding customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to exercise tact & discretion, as well as the initiative to efficiently meet the demands of multiple internal and external customers Ability to work independently, execute multiple tasks simultaneously, and cut through ambiguity Skilled at effectively managing and prioritizing escalations or business critical situations PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience Minimum of 2 years of agency recruitment experience Recruiter certification Campus recruiting/ Intern Program management experience Experience managing direct reports Strong project management skills McCormick & Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
