Evaluate and qualify new sales opportunities from a technical or solution perspective, partnering with the sales executives, capture managers, and delivery teams to design and develop technical solutions to acquire new clients and expand existing clients. Interact closely and build relationships, focused on all levels of prospective client staff, including management, business or functional groups, technical teams, content teams, and IT groups. Exhibit a broad technical acumen covering Web portals and applications, DevOps and software development, system integration, digital services, and Cloud technologies with knowledge of the underlying protocols and standards used in the operation of those technologies. Collaborate and leverage knowledge of technical solution design, business and financial benefits of technology, and client interaction. Basic Qualifications:-8+ years of experience in system architecture design and development, DevOps and software development, and system integration or development-Experience with establishing, recommending, and implementing tools, technology, and process solutions for large enterprise-level projects-Knowledge of some of the following: DevOps, Web portals and applications, software development, system integration, Web Content Management Systems, including Drupal, and Cloud technologies and the underlying protocols and standards used in the operation of those technologies-Knowledge of federal technology initiatives, standards, and processes, including FISMA, FedRAMP, Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA), Federal Digital Services Playbook, and Section 508-Ability to assess current technical landscape and recommend future solutions to meet the client's strategic goals-Ability to work in an existing technical environment and map out a roadmap for short-, medium-, and long-term solution strategies-Ability to be flexible and adaptable, regularly adjusting direction and vision based on feedback from multiple sources, including market research, clients, and internal staff-Ability to learn and expand on existing knowledge required-TS/SCI clearance-BA or BS degree requiredAdditional Qualifications:-Knowledge of Creative Strategy, User Experience Design (UXD), and Content Strategy a plus-Ability to display enthusiasm for and lead the definition of winning technical solutions for RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses, evaluating technical risk and relevancy to existing solutions and services-Ability to clearly articulate technical direction and considerations-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills to explain complex concepts to a wide variety of individuals with varying technical expertise-Possession of excellent stakeholder, customer, and client management skillsClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
