While becoming one of the leading firms they have been continuously awarded for quality and excellence.DescriptionYou will be responsible for all things Accounts Payable related. This includes, but is not limited to:Process incoming invoices and other requests for paymentSecure necessary documentation, payment approvals, and coding on all paymentsVerify or accrue applicable sales tax on invoices processedFor purchase order related invoices, complete three way match between invoice, receiving, and purchase order prior to approving invoice for paymentAssist with tasks related to month-end closingRespond to vendor inquiriesReview and reconcile vendor statementsEnsure vendor master is maintained, including W-9 statusResearch outstanding A/P checksOther similar duties as assignedProfileBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.Construction Software experience, preferably ViewpointConstruction, development or architecture industry experience preferred.Previous Construction AP Experience highly preferredJob OfferThe Accounts Payable Administrator - Construction will enjoy benefits that include a competitive Base Salary, Healthcare Coverage, 401K Plan, and Profit Sharing among other benefits.
