Outside Sales Representative - Windows & Doors - Technical Sales Representative REHAU Inc., a leading international polymer manufacturer, is seeking an ambitious and experienced Outside Sales Representative for our Window Solutions business unit. The Window Solutions business unit is dedicated to bringing high quality window and door systems to the American marketplace. This is a home-based position with a sales territory that includes New England, New York, and the Mid-Atlantic. Essential Job Functions: Manage and grow existing window manufacturer accounts Develop new window manufacturing accounts Develop sales territory by managing customer accounts, distribution partners and technical assistants Develop new business by signing additional distribution, converting contractors to REHAU products, and creating pull-through business with project bidding Create market demand by presenting REHAU products and solutions to engineers and general contractors Generate sales volume by identifying and tracking commercial/residential projects Conduct regional training seminars to distribution, end-users and engineers Maintain customer database via Salesforce.com, including visits and opportunities Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent level of experience Five or more years of technical sales experience in the windows and doors industry Proven success working with clients in architectural and/or construction firms Ability to read architectural drawings and familiarity with architectural design and project-management processes Proven ability to open new accounts and drive specifications with influencers and decision-makers Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong verbal and written communication skills Team player who works well individually, as well as part of a team Proven ability to set and meet sales targets Willingness to travel Compensation Plan: Benefits: REHAU offers excellent benefits and salary commensurate with experience. Compensation consists of salary plus sales incentive.
