Position Title:Recruiter (Temp to Perm)Position Schedule:Full-timeLocation:Vienna, VAMinimum Clearance:NA; ability to obtain a Secret Clearance is preferredStrategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO) sees a highly motivated and energetic professional junior recruiter to conduct full lifecycle recruiting for a rapidly growing and award winning small business. Description of Duties: Recruiter must work with hiring managers to determine hiring requirements, defining criteria for search, conducting interviews, assessing and ranking candidates, and presenting qualified candidates. Track the candidate's status from initial contact to actual hire date. Provide status on all candidates throughout the recruiting pipeline; tracking candidate qualifications, pipeline development, confirmations of clearance/poly status, candidate's start date, clearance data and employment status. Develop intelligence on and relationships with high-potential, passive candidates through strategic sourcing and relationship recruiting; maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. Follow established procedures for screening candidates and reformatting candidate resumes to contract specifications prior to resume submission to the client. Actively partner with hiring managers to develop and align recruiting strategy for both non-recurring and on-going recruiting efforts and business development activities. Perform other duties as assigned to meet company goals and objectives. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree A minimum of 3 years' experience as a full-time recruiter responsible for complete life-cycle recruiting in a high-volume government contracting environment to include; experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC) is desired. Preferred experience with Taleo and/or LeanKit. Demonstrated and verifiable success in sourcing, vetting and placing candidates with highly technical backgrounds and who possess security clearances. Solid understanding of skills needed to support the federal government. Experience working with applicant tracking systems and job posting boards. Strong attention to detail and experience in formatting candidate resumes to customer required formats. Experience managing multiple, quick turn-around staffing efforts simultaneously and effectively; past experience successfully responding to task order requirements.
