Our suite of online services enables clients to analyze, interpret and gain unmatched insight on commercial property values, market conditions and current availabilities.Headquartered in Washington, DC, CoStar maintains offices throughout North America and in Europe with a staff of approximately 3,800 worldwide, including the industry's largest professional research organization.Role Summary:Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, the Director of Talent Development role has been created to develop and drive a global talent management strategy and ensure the development of internal talent and leadership pipelines to support the growth of the business. Working closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners, this new role will ensure all talent-related programs align with our global business objectives.Roles and Responsibilities:Develops and drives CoStar leadership succession management process and career path management to engage and retain key talent including workforce planning, leadership talent assessment and selection, leadership assimilation programs, company-wide coaching, and mentoring programs.Plays an integral part in analyzing leadership and key role pipeline health, including assessing candidate readiness, assessing capability gaps, addressing diversity and inclusion, assessing retention risks, etc., and works in collaboration with the HR and leadership teams to develop solutions and plans.Provides needs assessments and strategic planning to ensure development of human capital to meet business objectives.Builds career-pathing models and related programs for all organization talent streams.Designs and delivers purposeful, streamlined and effective performance management tools and processes that support a culture of on-going, candid, two-way communication and feedback, aligns individual goals with organizational goals and ultimately drives a high-performance culture.Partners with leadership, HR Business Partners, and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop programs and content that aligns to the employee engagement strategy and solves unique business challenges.Develops and manages HR Analytics, ensuring that HR leads with accurate, meaningful, and relevant data utilizing metrics and dashboards to evaluate programs, processes and all talent-related activity.Researches and recommend management and professional training programs that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve sustainable and continual improvements.
