DescriptionThe Recruiting Operations Manager is responsible for recruitment operation capabilities including processes/process improvement, tools, technology, and reporting/analytics to ensure alignment with OneMain's Recruiting strategy and business needs. S/he will partner with the Recruiting Managers in designing and building scalable recruiting processes across the organization in accordance with local regulations. Partner closely with internal and external teams to continuously develop, document and drive adoption of the processes and solutions that support OneMain's Recruiting goals.Process Identify and implement recruiting "best practices" across the organization to streamline and standardize processes to drive value and cost effectiveness, and ensure compliance.Set the standards for process and data integrity of Recruiting transactionsLead process improvement efforts that focus on quality scalable and brand right initiatives that support OneMain's business initiativesActs as Project Manager for Recruiting initiativesOversee the execution of the Employee Referral programTools/ResourcesIdentify, assess and recommend appropriate recruiting tools and resources based upon business need and/or Recruiting needsEstablish and manage 3rd party relationships; define and measure success based upon metrics and deliverables.TechnologyCollaborates closely with HRIS on integrating Recruiting systems/technologies with the broader HR technology roadmap, coordinated project management of implementations & upgrades, and other system related work.Drive adoption, optimization and full utilization of all recruitment technology. Efforts include facilitating on-going training, communication and education on system upgrades and enhancements.Identify and assess new recruiting technologies in support of Recruiting initiatives and goals. LeadershipLead Recruiting Coordinators in the candidate operations in alignment to SLA and metrics developed in partnership with Recruiting Managers.Member of the Recruiting leadership team providing thought leadership and guidance in the continuous improvement of the Recruiting function.Metrics/AnalyticsDevelops recruitment metrics that drives optimal staffing performance in partnership with the Recruiting Leadership team.Develop and manage recruiting reports, dashboards and metricsManage hiring targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), ensuring that our process is running efficiently and/or improving over timePartners with Recruiting Managers to continually assess the effectiveness of recruiting tools and processesCreates, manages and aggregates data from customer satisfaction surveysPartners with HRIS to develop Recruiting Dashboard and reports for business leaders and HR/Recruiting teams.RequirementsMinimum of 10 years related experience in recruiting5 years of operations experience encompassing analytics, process engineering, system administration and client and candidate excellenceDemonstrated understanding of staffing standard operating procedures, guidelines and legal requirements as they apply to compliance in employment practices and applicant tracking is required.Excellent analytic and metric based skills and recruitment system experience (ie ATS, CRM tools and social media tools) preferred.Vendor Management experience is required.Strong project/program management skills.Strong understanding/experience working with HR Technology and tools.Proven change management experience with Recruiting focus required.Collaborative and influential leadership style with the ability to influence others into action and to think creatively about solutions.Demonstrated project management skills and exceptional organizational savvy working and partnering cross-functional business leaders in all disciplines and delivering against business goals, problem solving and relationship building skillsStrong interpersonal skills to facilitate working and problem solving with others as well as excellent written and verbal communication skillsChange advocacy - demonstrated ability to adapt to a changing environment
