Turns in time to the office, accurately, and on time, without being reminded.4. Understands the cost code system.5. Can manage and be responsible for company money, equipment, and material.6. Can supervise small crews of up to 10 persons.7. Can field manage a small job.8. Can read and understand job plans and specifications.9. Can calculate production rates accurately.10. Can calculate volumes and areas accurately.11. Can develop job schedules.12. Can estimate work item duration.13. Can estimate labor needs.14. Communicates clearly to supervisors on a regular basis.15. Has mastered repair techniques for which the job requires.16. Is proficient with applicable OSHA regulations for which the job requires.17. Communicates mistakes and potential problems quickly to his supervisors.18. Can develop complete tool and equipment list for a job.19. Maintains clean, organized jobsite.20. Has an understanding of why repair procedures are performed for a specific repair.24. Has a proven track record of running several small projects without daily on-site supervision.25.
