Manage the New Business Supervisors, Team Leads, workflow and expenses to meet or exceed pre-defined productivity and quality standards. Mentor supervisors and team to meet time service, customer service, and performance standards while fostering a collaborative environment. Education Bachelors Degree preferred ACS designation preferred ALMI designation preferred Experience/Knowledge 7+ years management experience 7+ years experience in a customer service related position Life, P&C or Health experience Experience managing exempt staff Skills Leadership skills Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Effective decision making skills Detail oriented Project management skills Analytical and technical skills Presentation skills Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Travel Some travel required
