Job Description Hagler & Associates a promotional marketing firm that specializes at in-store marketing campaigns. We are looking for Entry Level Brand Ambassadors to assist in marketing, sales, and customer service for large Fortune 100 & 500 Clients within local Big Box retail locations. Brand Ambassadors receive paid training on all marketing and sales strategies. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS: Implementation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market strategy insights. Discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross function collaboration with sales, marketing, customer service, etc. Expand local brand awareness of promotions Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication. Responsible for branding, direct sales, trade shows, company events and promotional collateral Work with management on projects dealing with media relations, business communications, success stories CORE COMPETENCIES: These are personal traits that will best help the associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Requirements: College degree in sales, marketing, business, management or similar field preferred 1-2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, customer service, event or retail related settings are an asset. Internship experience and previous entry level experience will as be considered as working experience.
