CALIBRE, a growing and vibrant employee-owned Management Consulting and Technology Solutions Company is looking for a Recruiter Coordinator to join our recruiting team. The Recruiting Coordinator position will be responsible for completing the tasks necessary for the overall success of the Recruiting Team and hiring process. The ideal candidate should have familiarity with government contracting, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have basic office skills. Responsibilities would include but are not limited to: Plan and coordinate all interviews: in person, telephone, Skype, etc. To include coordinating with hiring managers, interviewers, clients, and candidates. Create, review and edit offer letters for all candidates. Assist Recruiters, Hiring Managers and / or Account Managers with Career Fairs, Industry Days, and Open House events. Conduct pre-employment screening requirements. Coordinate CALIBRE's Intern Program. Serve as point of contact between CALIBRE and College and Universities. Establish strong network within recruiting industry, and CALIBRE's business space. Ensure recruiting files are properly maintained and all required documentation is complete and accurate for all positions. Enforce compliance with all applicable state and federal employment and CALIBRE's policy and procedures. Create, analyze and distribute weekly and monthly recruiting related reports. Perform other administrative functions related to recruiting. Ability to manage and/or prioritize multiple requests across entire company. Flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements quickly. Highly motivated with good organizational skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Professional maturity, able to operate independently and in a team environment. Communicate effectively both verbally and written with technical staff, peers, management and with clients. Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills. Good analytical, critical thinking and reasoning skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Technically proficient in using all MS Office programs but specially Word and Excel and Outlook. Required Experience Experience working with applicant tracking systems. Minimum 1 year of relevant recruiting or human resources experience; or demonstrated knowledge to the same.
