Job Description Looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Customer Service professional to join our growing Business Development Team. If you strive to provide great service and enjoy assisting individuals with their financial needs, we want to speak with YOU! Job Duties Include (not limited to): Assist customers via phone and email correspondence Work within member services and create plans based off clients needs Provide quality customer service to all customers Follow up with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction Assist customers with questions regarding service, products, and scheduling Ideal Candidate should possess: Great Customer Service skills Customer Service experience in either phone center or retail Proficiency in both verbal and written communication Proficiency with computers and Microsoft office products Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Job Requirements: Must complete pre-employment screening process Must have a valid MA drivers' license and vehicle Must be able to work some evenings and Saturdays This position is Full Time with benefits offered after two full consecutive months of employment.
