Job Summary

Westat is seeking a Subcontracts Administration Manager to join the fast-paced collaborative corporate contracts unit.

Job Responsibilities

This hands-on position is responsible for procurement and subcontract management and administration. The position must ensure compliant administrative processes, collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders, support sourcing and solicitation efforts, review and negotiate agreements, identify and resolve issues, and supervise, guide and mentor a 6-member team.

Job Requirements

· A bachelor's degree
· A minimum of 10 years of federal contracting experience with at least 5 years of subcontract management experience and 5 years of contract or subcontract administration supervisory experience.
· Experience working in the private professional-services environment.

Preferred qualifications: A master's degree in business or contracts related discipline. An NCMA CPCM certification. Experience working for a mid-sized federal contractor. Specific contracting experience with civilian agencies such as the Department of HHS and ED. Experience with OMB Uniform Guidance and CPSR audits is preferred.
