• Oversee and run specific recruiting activities
• Ability to carry an average of 15-20 open positions which include, but are not limited to, UX/UI Designers, Front End Developers and Design Managers
• Work closely with hiring managers to assist with identifying resource needs, creating job descriptions and creating candidate profiles
• Oversee the process for working higher level and specialty positions
• Create a strategy to ensure a flow of pipelining quality candidates
• Independently, create and issue well thought strategies for networking
• Highlight a cause for complex recruiting issues and a way to execute the solution that will assist with future issues
• 5 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting
• At least 2 years of experience in Recruiting Strategy
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet hiring needs and personal goals
