Job Description Full-Time/In-House Diet-to-Go is a well-established business of 26 years that provides fully prepared meals for people looking to lose weight, or those looking to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle. The company relies heavily on website sales and is looking to expand it's presence online in multiple channels by hiring a seasoned online marketing professional that can guide the company strategically as well as manage each individual channel day-to-day. Responsibilities: Work directly with the Diet-to-Go executive level team. Help shape the direction of the overall online sales strategy. Take hands-on ownership of the entire online marketing ecosystem (Website, SEO, SEM,Display, Email, Affiliate, Social, CRO, etc) Manage a part-time team (social media manager, designer, content creator) Proactively set goals, measure and improve results. Develop & maintain reports for each channel. Manage & maintain 3rd party tools - conversion optimization, retargeting, analytics, etc On & offsite SEO Paid search & display campaigns/tools Manage email marketing campaigns Manage seasonal campaign Work with website developers to make website improvements/updates Seek new opportunities and channels for growth and improvement Help deploy a new responsive website. Desired Experience & Personality: 5+ years experience in managing multiple digital marketing channels Strong organizational, managerial & analytical skills Intrinsically curious and willing to constantly learn and keep up with an industry that isalways changing. Enterprising (DIY attitude) - willing to take initiative to explore new channels and strategies. Specific Skills/Tools Experience That Would be Helpful Adwords - comfortable managing a large monthly budget SEO tools - MOZ, SEMrush, Majestic, Raven, hrefs, Search Console, GA, Screaming Frog,etc. Affiliate marketing management - CJ, SAS, Clickbank, Amazon, Impact Radius, etc. Social media paid advertising - Facebook, Twitter, etc. Conversion Rate Optimization - BounceExchange, ClickTale, CrazyEgg, etc Retargeting & online display advertising platforms - Adroll, PerfectTarget, etc Basic HTML Experience with various Content Management Systems Other Benefits Opportunity to work from home after first 90 days.
