The Assistant Manager of H/R - HRIS is a newly created, high-impact position for an individual to become a key partner to the business. The successful candidate must specialize in human resources systems with core knowledge in areas such as HRIS, reporting, payroll, timekeeping, compensation, planning, budgeting, and financials. Responsibilities: Lead the Global HRIS & HR systems as a member of the Global HR Team. Contribute to the overall global HR strategy. Manage HRIS related projects with the team, and develop a framework for considering configuration changes requested by users. Drive out of the box best practices as the steady-state of the system. Evolve the HRIS strategy over time through ongoing interactions and discussions with business leaders about process improvement, workflow planning, and operational best practices. Champion a single, harmonized, best practice procedures. Required: Bachelor's degree in related field 5+ years of experience with an HR background including HRIS maintenance and reporting.
