Job Description Eco Caters DC is looking for a Catering Sous Chef to help run our wedding and corporate catering kitchen operations. The right candidate has at least 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a catering operation and understands the logistics involved. We have an established brand and a quality reputation and need someone who can maintain that high bar. The Catering Sous Chef would be working alongside the Chef de Cuisine to ensure that our commitment to sustainability and dedication to local purveyors carries forward. the Catering Sous Chef will step into a talented team of professionals, and be expected to provide leadership by example. The Catering Sous Chef will be expected to take the lead at events, assist in managing all prep cooks and dishwashers, as well as maintain all standards and norms in the kitchen. We are an expanding hospitality group with a high ceiling, poised to continue a rapid growth rate set out in our first 5 years.
