Area Catering Sales Manager

If this sounds like you, please apply to join our Catering Sales team. The Area Catering Sales Manager (ACSM) will proactively increase catering sales revenues for each assigned location. Responsibilities: Grow catering sales for each store within assigned territory through prospecting and direct/outside sales efforts in both social and corporate markets. Proactive account management of existing and new catering clients. Actively pursue and secure partnerships with outside catering venues, event professionals, wedding planners, etc. to establish repeat and referral business. Establish synergetic relationships with GMs and store teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth. Create and execute quarterly / annual action plans to ensure established goals are met or exceeded. Set and conduct tasting appointments with businesses to introduce the brand and its products. Manage client catering rewards accounts to ensure accurate reporting. Forecast and track sales progress to anticipate and address revenue challenges. Identify new marketing opportunities and contribute ideas and suggestions to marketing plans and strategies. Analyze marketing program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with GMs / Regionals to execute in-store marketing campaigns as directed by Home Office. Seek opportunities to attend networking and community / business events as brand ambassador. Provide direction on charity donation requests and community / fundraising events Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of successful field sales experience with proven ability to exceed sales goals. Proficient with web-based programs and Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM software such as SalesForce, Caterease, Delphi, etc. a plus. Proven ability to develop, nurture and maintain strong client relationships. Superior interpersonal skills with positive and driven attitude a must! Possess self-discipline to work independently with limited supervision. Excellent organizational and project management skills required. Strong oral and written communication skills required. Degree or some college preferred.
