Yes!” your job search is over, apply below. About the Job HR Generalist tend to be a jack of all trades; however, this role will have a heavy focus on employee relations and recruitment. Because of that, you must be experienced in both areas. This position is responsible for providing human resources support for our properties in the Mid-Atlantic region. Act as a point of contact for recruitment, employment related matters, and employee relations issues. The position will provide guidance and counsel to employees and managers. Provide expert guidance to all levels of management/employees on employee work related issues, employment law, and policy interpretation. Investigate employee relations issues, interpret findings, and make recommendations to resolve issues. Provide full cycle recruitment support for assigned positions. Effectively and efficiently source and screen candidates, coordinate interview schedules, and manage the background and offer process. Must Haves BA/BS in HR or related field 3 - 5 years of Human Resources experience supporting complex organizational structures Experience dealing with complex employee relation issues Experience recruiting hard to fill positions Solid understanding of federal and state employment law principles and laws Strong Microsoft Office skills and HRIS systems knowledge Ability to travel to sites within Mid-Atlantic portfolio Top Candidates Have Experience working in Property Management Bilingual in Spanish HR Certification Company Description WinnCompanies is a fast-growing, award-wining housing development and property management company with 3,000 team members working in 22 states and the District of Columbia.
