Customer Service Associate
Job Description Mindframe Education, an innovative STEM education company, is looking for a Customer Service Associate for the Ashburn office. This is a part-time position (20-30 hrs per week). Key responsibilities include: Perform front desk / customer service duties including answering phone calls and customer emails Perform facility open and close duties Assist with administrative duties including billing, invoicing and scheduling Assist with marketing events and social media Qualifications Experience with customer service Experience with front desk and administrative tasks Excellent organizational, verbal and writing communication skills Excellent customer skills Ability to multitask Self-starter Company Description Mindframe Education is an innovative STEM education company.
