Job Description BridgeStreet is seeking a Recruiter for the corporate office in Reston, VA . The primary focus of the role will be providing full life-cycle recruiting for the Americas . At times, the Recruiter will provide assistance to the HR Director. Duties: Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs. Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport. Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using job sites. Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranging travel; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging tours. Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications. Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks. Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Accomplish human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Requirements: · 4 - 6 years of Full Life Cycle Recruiting experience · 1 year of HR Generalist experience · Knowledge of Employment Law and AA/EEO Compliance · Outstanding written and verbal communication skills · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail · Ability to work successfully in fast-paced, team environment for a rapidly growing company with minimal supervision Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint Company Description BridgeStreet is a leading global hospitality company, providing an alternative to standard hotel accommodations with more than 100,000 apartments in over 60 countries.
