Customer Support Advisor
Job Description We are seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities: Promote Parts and Service sales utilizing excellent time and territory management skill Provide timely and accurate follow-up with all internal staff to ensure customer satisfaction Promote all aspect of JD WorkSight with assigned customers Promote and secure Extended Warranty renewals and JDLink renewals Customer issues/complaints that you are engaged with will remain the CSA's responsibility until they are brought to an amicable conclusion Report all Sales and Rental leads to appropriate Sales Rep. in a timely and accurate manner Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: Associates degree, required Heavy equipment experience Minimum (10) ten years Parts and/or Service experience required Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company Description JESCO THE DOWN TO EARTH EQUIPMENT PEOPLE Since 1972, JESCO has been building long-lasting relationships with contractors and municipalities by supplying them with a wide range of quality construction equipment - John Deere, Hitachi, Ditch Witch, BOMAG, Indeco, Genesis, Hydrema, LeeBoy and Rosco as well as the support services to help keep your jobs moving forward.
