Job Description Company Overview: We are seeking bilingual Spanish sales associates who are enthusiastic, motivated and driven for our T-Mobile store. The retail sales associate will be responsible to ensure a rewarding customer experience for all our customers, while demonstrating strong knowledge of mobile devices and available activation plans. Responsibilities: Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones and wireless services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer service Create additional sales opportunities through executing sales tactics while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Develop continuous and up-to-date knowledge of products and services Demonstrate equipment capabilities and functionalities Assist in handling daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and various office/administrative duties Requirements: Bilingual Spanish required High School Diploma or GED; An associate's or college degree is a plus At least 1 year of experience in a customer service and/or sales environment; experience in wireless retail sales is preferred Basic PC skills including email, Internet and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base is desired Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly You are perfect for this position if you are : Professional Well-spoken A fast Learner Tech savvy Ambitious Customer-oriented An excellent communicator PC-proficient Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regarding to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
