Job Description Culinary Services Group seeks Dietary Team Members to work in the Dietary Department of a Youth Academy in Laurel, MD. Currently looking for Full & Part Time Dining Services Aide & Full Time Cook Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity for a personable, energetic, hands on individual. While working in the dietary department, you will be surrounded by people who are passionate about food, service and the community they represent. RESPONSIBILITIES: You will assist with food preparation,meal service, and general duties of the department Help to keep the kitchen, dietary equipment, and dining room clean and sanitary at all times Responsible for setting-up meal trays and ensuring residents are served a proper diet and food preferences in a timely manner Assisting customers with special requests, answer questions and provide superior customer service. Follow all outlined Company, State, Federal and other applicable health and safety regulations with regard to food service, equipment use and personal hygiene. This position may be called upon to perform other duties and tasks as determined by the immediate supervisor.
