Skills and Requirements: Technical recruiting experience in IT Professional services, consulting or staffing industries (will train the right person) Highly motivated, results oriented, activity focused, success oriented individual. Track record of exceeding business objectives/quotas. Exceptional telephone, interviewing, and relationship building skills, and the ability to close business. Demonstrated commitment to teamwork. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Be money motivated! Responsibilities: Source passive and active candidates for requirement from a variety of sources. Develop recruiting strategies to source specific technical and professional candidates. Full life-cycle recruiting from search through submittal while balancing quantity and quality. Develop and implement pipeline for both active and passive candidates. Document all work in PROTEK applicant tracking system Technically qualify skills and experience of candidates by interviewing, technically testing and performing thorough reference checks. Negotiate compensation and other employment terms with candidates. Make a lot of money!
