*This position is contingent upon contract award* Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned project or tasks.

The successful candidate will manage project resources in a matrixed environment including forecasting resource and project needs and may be responsible for managing multiple tasks or a single large project. Technical difficulty/complexity of assigned tasks/projects may vary based on need.

Responsibilities: Provide technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned project or tasks, including contract and subcontractor management.
Participate in the development of technical project plans, forecasting, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.
May also perform high level technical services on assigned tasks.
Conduct planning and provide recommendations on task workload.
May attend customer meetings and may serve as a client liaison.
Interact with vendors, other agencies, and/or other client staff on behalf of the client.
Coordinate development of deliverables and products.
Ensure quality assurance of project deliverables.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
Participate in special projects as required.

Education Bachelors Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.

Professional certification (PMP) preferred.

Qualifications 8-10 years of related experience, including supervisory experience.
