The Associate Recruiter will support the company’s recruiting goals and objectives working directly with the Employee Referral Program, Workforce Retention Program and Internship Program Teams while supporting the ISD Staffing Team as additional duties are assigned.
- Active team member on the ERP, WRP and Internship Program teamsResponsible for Full life cycle recruiting for the ISD Internship Program and the WRP Internal Placement InitiativeDuties include the development and maintenance of various reports, logs and spreadsheets in relations to weekly ERP, WRP and staffing reporting metrics.Represents the ERP at weekly New Hire OrientationCoordinates logistics and participates in recruiting events to include job fairs and invitational eventsRecruiting support to include obtaining pre-preliminary information from the candidates and scheduling interviewsResponsible for managing resumes and prescreens in applicant tracking systemParticipates in sourcing initiatives as requiredPerforms other duties of a confidential nature as required
- Knowledge of recruiting practices and procedures.0-2 years of staffing experienceStrong communication skills Exceptional teamworkAttention to detailMust have knowledge of and be able to use Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint Project and Outlook.Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships; ability to work in a team setting.Ability to independently complete multiple time-sensitive tasks.Duties may also include travel (CONUS/OCONUS) as neededAbility to obtain and maintain a security clearance which carries a minimum requirement of U.S. citizenship
