The successful candidate will be a quick learner and will have the ability to efficiently manage various time sensitive responsibilities. Duties & Responsibilities -Support the Accounting team in the timely and accurate recording of accounting transactions for clients in Quickbooks. -Calculating client monthly and quarterly payroll -Answering calls and directing them to the right personnel -Taking accurate phone and/or in person messages -Interacting with and assisting clients in person -Aiding the rest of the office in various administrative tasks if needed When you join our team, we will provide you with $28.50/hr Base Pay + Monthly Commission AND Bonus opportunity A fun, high energy and challenging work environment.
