We have an exciting job opportunity for an Executive Chef at Greenspring Village in Springfield, VA. In our newly launched Signature Dining Model, all of our menu items are now cooked from scratch. Our Executive Chefs are able to utilize their full creativity in menu design and development in the kitchen, as well as in our banquet/catering events. In addition, they are provided support from our dining leaders in a team-oriented kitchen. EXPERIENCE:Proven track record as an Executive ChefFine dining experience a plusProviding leadership for culinary staff QUALIFICATIONS: For this role, we are looking for someone has strong leadership capabilities, able to lead a team and develop individuals. This is a team-oriented environment, with support from FOH management and staff, we strive on creating the best experience possible for the residents. In our newly launched signature dining model, our kitchens have been more quick-paced, emphasizing more on the ticket times but without sacrificing the quality of the cuisines. Individuals have to be highly organized and able to develop and coach his/her team to success. A bachelor's degree is highly preferred, fine dining and healthcare experience is highly preferred, must be flexible to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
