This position is responsible for a portfolio of 200-250 units, including single family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family properties. These units are spread throughout Baltimore City and the surrounding counties. This is a full-time position that also requires on-call availability after hours once a week every couple of months. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: * Schedule and follow up with all maintenance requests. * Process all renewals. * Ensure property is in compliance with proper certificates and licenses. * Schedule and track all turnover work from move out to move in. * Walk and inspect properties after turn has been completed. * Send late rent letters, file in court for collections, schedule evictions. * Process move outs for security deposit reimbursement. * Maintain an open line of communication with the property owner.QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. * Minimum High School Education; 4-year college degree preferred. Three (3) years previous property management experience. * Ability to operate independently and exercise initiative using solid judgment and decision-making skills * Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook and have the ability to use our internet based software * Must be a quick learner and have high level of retention and understanding of the tasks required * Strong presentation skills * Extremely organized * Accuracy and a strong attention to detail * Ability to follow direction and utilize critical thinking and problem solving skills are essential. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong professional relationships * Ability to work in a changing, growing workplace * Valid driver license and personal vehicle * Personal mobile phone **We do require a minimum of 3 professional references and conduct a criminal background check prior to employment** *We will consider Leasing Managers and Assistant Property Managers for this position.* Paid time off, health insurance, and 401K available!
