Responsible for the interpretation and application of US federal contracting regulations to/for the company. Responsible for assisting with the Company's US government regulatory and compliance matters. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist with Defense Contract Audit Agency ("DCAA"), Defense Contract Management Agency ("DCMA") and other Government audits. * Perform compliance reviews on Government proposals * Assist in the development and implementation of corrective action plans submitted to the Government * Assist with employee training and providing FAR and CAS guidance * Work with business unit management to ensure propriety and consistency of disclosure statements * Support/assist with the implementation of strategic realignments or new structures as initiated by management * Support/assist with the preparation, negotiation, and audit of forward pricing rates, incurred cost submissions, and cost impact analyses * Other projects as assigned * Some travel required QUALIFICATIONS: * US citizen capable of obtaining a US government security clearance * Bachelors degree in accounting or business * Minimum of 6 in the US federal contracting environment; 4 years in compliance administration * Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations, Cost Accounting Standards, and Truth In Negotiations Act * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Proficiency with Microsoft suite of business software tools and with Must be organized, detail oriented, motivated and able to multitask in a fast paced and dynamic work environment * Strong presentation skills * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive materials and maintain the highest level of confidentiality * Ability to recognize and solve business problems by applying appropriate use of logic to quickly isolate the trends or problems * Must have high level interpersonal skills and be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization; develops key relationships with counterparts across the Company; position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy * Self-directed and highly-motivated, with the decisiveness and flexibility necessary to operate successfully in a changing, rapid-growth, hands-on environment WHY CONSTELLIS? Business work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, however, some extended or weekend hours may be required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
