This role provides analytical and technical compensation support to HR business partners, talent acquisition, and company management. The Compensation Analyst will help administer the sales incentive plan and salary survey participation process, and assist in developing, documenting and maintaining compensation policies and procedures in other areas that may include equity and management bonus plans, along with the annual merit and compensation cycle. Key role component is on using excel or other analytical tools for modeling and reporting. Critical Responsibilities: Conduct analysis of jobs, salaries and incentives to evaluate internal equity and determine competitiveness for new or changed roles; work closely with HR Business Partners to analyze and market price new and revised job descriptions Maintain and update Market pay system; participate in external salary surveys and respond to inquiries from survey providers Prepare accrual models and monthly incentive accruals Prepare the quarterly sales incentive plan package and payouts for committee approval Create and maintain databases/tools that summarize, analyses and report key compensation metrics Help administer the annual merit and bonus cycle, including developing / updating global budgets, guidelines and tool Actively support team members across HR and look for opportunities to improve processes, policies and service levels Important Responsibilities: Prepare models to determine financial impact of program changes Identify opportunities for administrative efficiency in plan administration Knowledge, Skill and Abilities to be considered for the role: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or other business related field Three years of professional experience in compensation related roles Experience in sales compensation preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical skills and detail oriented with ability to detect inconsistencies in data Must be able to handle sensitive information with discretion Team-player who can work in a collaborative environment, cross-functionally, and globally High regard for customer service Must be able to handle multiple projects / tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines This position requires ITAR access; all candidates must be US Citizens or Permanent Residents.
