Handles incoming prospect or customer inquiries or concerns and uses company resources and Resolution Center policies and procedures to provide complete, accurate responses. Uses Resolution Center technologies and follows processes in accordance with Resolution Center standards to ensure contact handling accuracy and operational effectiveness. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately Resolve customer complaints and problems to the satisfaction of the customer, within Resolution Center guidelines (taught in training) and up to company standards Educate the customer about the products and services and direct them toward available resources for self-help Complete necessary documentation to manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions Alert management of issues or concerns that require escalation for complete resolution or which may indicate a larger, underlying problem Schedule, assign or act on any required customer follow-up in accordance with customer support team guidelines Suggest contact center process improvements and participate in contact center initiatives for increased effectiveness; consult with peers on general projects Use technology tools as directed and within established guidelines Maintain confidentiality of the organizations customer and data Participate in individual and team training and meetings to ensure knowledge is up-to-date Adhere to work schedule as planned Other duties as assignedMust be able to pass pre-requisites of drug, background and credit check.
