The Assistant Manager has the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in the areas of: operations, production, food prep, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, inventory management, team management, recruiting, local marketing, events and financial accountability. Assistant Manager must ensure the highest quality of food and services standards are met.

Candidate Must Possess: 

  • Excellent customer service skills (warm, friendly, inviting, genuine)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours that will include days, nights, weekends and some holidays
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of and the ability to use a PC and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent marketing and merchandising skills

Candidate is Responsible For: 

  • Maintaining strict adherence to Food Safety procedures 
  • Coaching team members in proper procedures and customer relations
  • Ensuring overall cleanliness, stock, and organization of the restaurant
  • Cash and Coupon management
  • Store maintenance
  • Scheduling (based on business needs)
  • Staff trainings
  • Following and executing disciplinary procedures 
  • Overall operations of the facility
  • Managing special events and catering opportunities
