The base salary for the HRIS Analyst job is $85,000 with rich benefits and bonus opportunities. **Responsibilities of the HRIS Analyst job:** * Input, extract, and analyze confidential HR data from various systems * Administer the annual performance review process and perform year-end salary reviews * Provide company-wide training on the various HRIS systems * Generate compliance reports * Implement new HRIS systems when necessary **Requirements of the HRIS Analyst job:** * Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of progressive HR Generalist experience * A problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and communication skills * Previous experience implementing HRIS systems * Knowledge of ADP-Workforce Now is a strong plus!
