If this sounds interesting to you, we are currently searching for a Senior Human Resources Generalist or Manager to oversee professional development and training as well as staff retention. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree and at 3 years of experience as a HR Generalist or Manger. In this role, you will be working collaboratively with several departments within the organization to implement new programs and policies surrounding several areas within the HR department. This organization offers a comprehensive health plan as well as retirement planning. The salary for the Human Resources position is $75,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. **Responsibilities of the HR Manager job:** * Manage all in-house professional development and training programs * Developing, implementing, and maintaining a strategic recruiting program as well as an efficient on-boarding process for new employees * Perform performance reviews, evaluations, and improvement plans * Provide feedback and support in the development of HR strategies * Organize and maintain records as needed **Requirements of the HR Manager Job**: * Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field * Previous experience with non-profits is a plus * 5+ years of experience, 3 of which should be as an HR Generalist * Compassionate and outgoing personality with a great sense of humor * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as well as to solve problems in a timely manner
