Job Summary/Company: 

Are you an individual that thrives when it comes to fundraising? Look no further! Sparks Group has partnered with an organization that is seeking a Manager of Development. This individual will be responsible for duties that include, but not limited to, increasing annual revenue, strengthening outside supporters and managing online correspondence for distribution. Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in executing a strategy for fundraising 
  • Administer new individuals to the organization through comprehensive on-boarding 
  • Create a pipeline of other individuals and organizations to support annual revenue 
  • Help with managing outside vendors
  • Correspond with other internal employees on message alignment through web channels
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Background profile: 

  • 3-5 years of consecutive fundraising experience
  • Knowledge of non-profit multi-channel fundraising 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Strong interpersonal and people skills 
  • Ability to maintain strong organization and work under deadlines 
  • Microsoft Office proficient
