Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Must be able to handle around 80-100 calls per dayQuality: They will have set standards they must be able to meet to be successful in this role. They will have QA monitors listening in as well.Attendance: They can not have any scheduled time off and need to be there on time each and every day. Will be monitored for quality and quantity as they have goals set with the customers on members to provide assistance too. The individual we seek must possess 1+ years of customer service experience (health care preferred), a demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology, and be PC proficient in a windows environment. Must be able to work between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm (they will be places on an 8am-330 or 10:30-6 shift) they will not be able to choose the shift so they have to be ok with those hours.
