Senior Acquisition Support Specialist (Expert) with active Top Secret/SCI and polygraph
Overview LMI currently has an opportunity for a Senior Acquisition Support Specialist (Expert) to work in our Tyson's Corner offices. Responsibilities Selected candidate will support a US government customer in performing acquisition planning services to include, but not limited to the following:Document analysis of customer and stakeholder capability requirements, their prioritization and allocation.Monitor, assess, and report on the implementation of FSA-identified material and non-material solutions.Make database entries as required in designated G tools.Organize, and coordinate the various intelligence working groups/ Integrated Product Teams (IPT) as required in support of capabilities analysis, development and documentation.Perform reviews of capabilities documentation relationships to include checks and crosswalk of hierarchical decomposition.Prepare briefings, white/position papers as required.Provide substantive, administrative, reference, and other support to G's documentation development, maintenance and approval process.Maintain Liaison with appropriate staff officers.Participate in and guide capabilities based analyses in support of the development of appropriatePrepare, coordinate and finalize information and decision briefings to be presented by the Government customer requirements related fora and working groups.Conducts the preparation, negotiation, acceptance, and management of government contracts and subcontracts to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.Prepare procurement packages, including preparation and review of requirements documentation (eg, Statements of Work (SOWs), Statements of Objectives (SOOs), Statement of Need (SON), Performance Work Statement (PWS)), market research documentation , independent government cost estimates (IGCEs), draft evaluation factors, applicable pre-award determinations and findings, and applicable pre-award clearances and reviews (eg, Small Business Set-Aside Review and Information Technology Checklist);Prepare or assist with the preparation of Determinations and Findings. Develop acquisition plans and procurement milestone schedules. Draft or assist in drafting and issuing applicable pre-award synopses; and present or assist in presenting acquisition planning documentation for higher level reviews and approvals. Prepare, evaluate, recommend for award, and recommend contract actions for Government review and signature Qualifications Minimum of 12 years of applicable experience is required. DoD/JCS Requirements Management Certification Training (RMCT) or equivalent.Demonstrated specialized experience with DoD and IC oversight and acquisition processes.Demonstrated specialized Government agency or military experience in GEOINT or all source intelligence processes and activities.Demonstrated specialized experience working with Geospatial Intelligence customers and partners.Demonstrated understanding of capability gaps and requirements research and definition.Demonstrated specialized experience with the US Government agencies and the functional area of GEOINT, the geospatial intelligence mission and its contributions to the Geospatial community.Bachelor's Degree required and MS desired. Knowledge of facilities management, construction oversight, maintenance and operations desiredKnowledge of government contracting requiredFacilitation skills desired.Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint required;Possess strong communications and people skills.CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTActive Top Secret/SCI with polygraph is required.
