Restaurant General Manager $55,000 to $73,000 plus amazing Bonus opportunity Privately held company that always remembers its hard-working employees! Fantastic Opportunity for the right Candidate! Our Client is consistently setting the example for how restaurants should be run - from impeccably delicious fresh made foods to outstanding guest service in an open, clean environment. As the General Manager, you are responsible for managing the entire restaurant. This is a strategic P&L focused position with a need for creative thinkers and strategists. They are seeking strong leaders with high energy, the ability to get it done for a position that is predominantly 8-5 M-F with some weekends. This is a process driven organization that pays well for great performance. General Managers need to hit the ground running, focus on the P&L, drive strong sales from the beginning and be able to develop a strong management team and staff.
