Are you at ease with senior management? Can you handle high volume recruiting? Our Client has an immediate opening for a Recruiter with a passion for making a difference and a strong desire to grow with us. This position is ideally suited for a self-motivated, detail-oriented person who is very passionate about recruiting. You will be responsible the recruitment of entry level to management level positions in Information Technology. Background recruiting for cleared professionals a plus! DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *Responsible for full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units. * Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager and business leaders. * Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process *Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies utilizing all tools such as direct sourcing, online resume databases, social networking, and job events *Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria. *Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment procedures *Will take positive steps to support and promote the recruitment, retention and development programs for shareholders Requirements: * Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience * 5 plus years of Technology Staffing/Recruitment experience * 3 years corporate recruiting experience with a government contractor. * Experience recruiting cleared professionals. *Experience using a variety of online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (Taleo experience is a plus) *Strong understanding and ability to recruit at all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff. * Knowledge of EEO, ADA and OFCCP requirements * Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team based project experience. *Decisive ability to shift priorities and function effectively in a dynamic fast paced work culture. *Strong understanding of the recruiting aspects involved in the Government proposal environment. * Flexibility to work surge hours as required during proposal time frames. * Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment life-cycle processes. * Experience with high volume recruiting * Strong work ethic is a must and the ability to with minimal supervision and guidance is essential
