Updating Sequentra data baseInputting new leases or renewals, uploading documents to Sequentra and the H-drive, adding coding, sending vendor’s setup forms, getting vendors setup in AP and adding vendor to SequentraProcessing InvoicesPrinting invoices, filing them on the H-drive, checking recurring amounts in Sequentra, and updating new chargesProcessing Monthly RentSupervisor processes the actual actual file.Work is done before supervisor pulls the file from Sequentra. Assist with clearing errors and answer questions about properties dropping off from the month before.COIs/Property Insurance CertificateManage and process expiring insurance certificates work directly with landlords to process and update new certificates ARP Management Printing/scanning/sending all of my information for filing/ARPsFiling and Shredding Filing and maintaining hard copies. Qualifications 3-5 years of related administrative experience.
