Position Overview
Freddie Mac has an exciting opportunity as a Development, Sr for one of its groups in the SF BTO. This role will be responsible for administration of SOA/OSB/WebLogic/BAM/OEM/Web Services Gateway/Apache in Linux/Solaris environment to support development team, and prepare implementation plan for Prod and L3 on-call.

Responsibilities include:

* Troubleshoot production problems, provide root cause analysis.
* oordinate with multiple teams, capture all production implementation activities and work towards UAT and production deployments
* GIT Code migration and promotion
* Build, configure and support middleware environments according to standards.
* Develop automation to support the build and configure process, using Unix shell scripts, Java apps, Jenkins, or other tools.
* Support integration projects, trouble shooting middleware issues and assisting developers and testers on infrastructure related issues.
* Update infrastructure documentation as required.
* Weekend work and after hours support as needed.
* Mentoring Junior team members
* Willing to learning new technologies and take ownership.
* Document activities and any new support processes developed
* Participate in on-call rotation.

Basic Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in unix shell scripting and middleware administration with at least 1 year of java development experience
* Development background with Middleware admin experience in SOA/OSB or Weblogic and Apache/Tomcat
* Passion for automation of support tasks and improvement of existing processes/procedures
* Experience modifying complex Unix shell scripts for automation and monitoring of middleware applications.
* Experience troubleshooting application issues related to middleware integration.
* Working knowledge in using WLST commands
* Working knowledge in using Distributed Queue Management
* Working knowledge of Clustering
* Experiencing in J2EE and web-application deployment.
* Experience in performance testing of J2EE applications.
* Demonstrated ability to plan and execute cross-team projects involving middleware in large enterprise environment.
* Experience working with LDAP, SSL and networking concepts
* Experience with Service Now or other ticketing systems

Preferred Skills
* Experience with Oracle SOA Suite development
* Ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner.
* IBM Web Services Gateway administration experience
* Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager
* Strong verbal and written communications skills
