Loan Administration primary responsibility is to monitor and manage the adjustment of all aspects of the loans serviced by the bank. Responsibilities: Obtain and load indices for all adjustable rate loan products on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Research, resolve and respond to customer issues related to real estate taxes in accordance with RESPA and division guidelines. Research outstanding items on general ledger accounts Collaborate with upstream and downstream customers to identify process efficiencies and also advocate internal controls. Project lead on new/existing efforts Perform Monthly Investor Reporting Perform Loan Liquidations Compliance functions, including: Reg AB, internal, external audits Basic Qualifications: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent 3 years of PC experience in Word, Access and Excel3 years of Default experience. 4 years Mortgage Banking experience Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of Servicing/Default Reporting. Working knowledge of Collections, Foreclosure, REO and Loss Mitigation process. Working knowledge of LPS (Fidelity), the Internet, EfannieMae.Com, FreddieMac.Com and FHA website. Complete understanding of Mortgage Servicing Operations. Ability to work with word processing, spreadsheet software (ie Word, Excel, etc.)
