- Interface between Government agencies and industrial organizations for obtaining, processing, verifying, and disseminating personnel security information and access to customer programs Maintain accurate personnel data in all filesUpdate the customer databaseConduct an annual file auditMaintain accuracy of customer’s database records, e.g., briefing and debriefing datesPrepare, as directed, cases for expedited requests from PSO and/or PSMAttentive to detailConduct personnel clearance verificationAble to use multiple IC databases Maintain confidentiality of assets and information pertaining to personnel securityAble to elicit, articulate, and document information in a well-organized manner
- Experience in security personnel processing related to background investigationsKnowledge of ICD 704 and E.O. 12968 guidelinesDatabase data entry skillsAbility to learn various databases during performance of the contractPrioritize competing tasks and possess effective time management skillsDemonstrated experience with current version of Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated customer service and telephone skillsAble to work independently on assigned tasks.
